What I’m watching on Netflix.
We just recently discovered this pretty cool show called Mr. Iglesias. My husband busts out laughing every time, me on the other hand, it’s ok. It just has a Nickelodeon feel to me like a 10 or 12 year old should be watching, but it’s for adults too.
✔ The show, titled Mr. Iglesias, follows a Wilson High history teacher teaching gifted but misfit students in the school he attended growing up.
Black Mirror season 5, Not worth my time, I really enjoyed the first 4 seasons, but this one was such a disappointment
✔ Black Mirror is much like the Twilight Zone with each story that taps into the collective unease about the modern world.
Sabrina is one I absolutely love, if anyone knows me they know I’m into the occult, witches, vampires etc. I’ve seen the original back in the late 90s early 2000, but I have to say I love the dark aspect of this show and not some fluffy bunny hocus pocus bull sh!t
✔Sabrina is a tale of the dark coming-of-age story that traffics in horror and the #occult. In the reimagined origin story, Sabrina Spellman wrestles to reconcile her dual nature half-witch, half-mortal while standing against the evil forces that threaten her, her family including aunts Hilda and Zelda and the daylight world humans inhabit.
I am patiently waiting for part 3 🤗
✔Then there is Marlon, I 100% love this new comedy on #Netflix, it is super funny!
Here’s the synopsis of the show:
Marlon balances his successful career as an internet superstar with his life co-parenting two kids alongside his smart and sassy ex-wife, Ashley. Whether it’s hanging with his friends, navigating the adventures of adulthood with his ex or being with his kids as they face the highs and lows of growing up, things never go quite as expected with Marlon around. His unconventional advice and over-the-top personality may not always make things easy, but it’s hard not to love him just the way he is.
✔Girlfriends Guide to Divorce
This show follows the famous author of a best selling self help book series who is hiding the fact that she’s separated from her husband as she starts to navigate her life as a single woman in her early 40s. She finds herself seeking advice from her divorced friends, instead of her married ones which leads to some unexpected and life changing experiences.
So, those are some of the shows that I’m watching, I’d love to hear what you are watching this #summer
